These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ambidextrous website and any content, tools, resources, or other features we make available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to use of our Site. Services we provide to clients are subject to a separate proposal, Statement of Work (“SOW”), Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), or other written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written client agreement, the client agreement controls with respect to those services.
1. About Ambidextrous
Ambidextrous provides strategy, creative, content production, AI-search optimization, and related marketing services. We may use artificial intelligence and third-party technologies as part of our work.
Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular marketing, search, business, or financial result.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Site to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, or data.
Introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract Site content except as permitted by applicable law.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization.
Use the Site in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access presents a risk to Ambidextrous, our clients, our technology providers, or others.
3. Client Services
Descriptions of services, capabilities, methodologies, case studies, examples, pricing, timelines, or potential outcomes presented on the Site are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
The specific scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timelines, ownership rights, approval procedures, and other terms applicable to a client engagement will be established in the applicable MSA, SOW, proposal, or other written agreement.
Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or obligates Ambidextrous to provide services.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Technologies
Ambidextrous may use artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, analytics platforms, search technologies, production software, and other third-party tools in connection with our business and services.
AI and other automated systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, similar, or unexpected results. Outputs may not be unique, and the availability, ownership, copyrightability, or protectability of AI-assisted material may vary depending on applicable law and the circumstances of its creation.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted material will be unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from all potential third-party claims.
Specific rights and responsibilities relating to AI-assisted client deliverables will be governed by the applicable client agreement.
5. AI Search and Marketing Results
Search engines, AI platforms, large language models, social platforms, recommendation systems, and other third-party services operate independently of Ambidextrous and may change their algorithms, policies, products, citation practices, rankings, or availability at any time.
Accordingly, Ambidextrous does not guarantee:
Placement, ranking, citation, recommendation, or inclusion in any search or AI-generated response.
Any particular level of website traffic, impressions, views, engagement, leads, revenue, or other business result.
Continued performance following changes made by third-party platforms.
That any particular AI platform, search engine, or other service will access, index, cite, display, or rely upon particular content.
Any performance data, examples, projections, benchmarks, or case studies are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, including the Ambidextrous name, branding, designs, graphics, text, methodologies, presentations, videos, and other materials, are owned by Ambidextrous or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or commercially exploit our Site content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Ambidextrous intellectual property to you.
Ownership and licensing of work created for clients are governed separately by the applicable client agreement.
7. Materials You Provide
If you submit information, files, materials, or other content to Ambidextrous through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials and that our receipt and reasonable use of them will not violate the rights of another party.
You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to receive, review, process, and respond to your submission.
Submitting materials through the Site does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or client relationship unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing.
Please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information through general website forms unless we specifically request it.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, software, or services.
Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Ambidextrous is not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or operation of third-party services.
References to third-party companies, platforms, technologies, or trademarks do not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy and, where applicable, by service providers that help us operate the Site and our business.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMBIDEXTROUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE ALSO DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTINUED VALIDITY OF INFORMATION CONCERNING AI SYSTEMS, SEARCH ENGINES, ALGORITHMS, PLATFORMS, OR OTHER RAPIDLY CHANGING TECHNOLOGIES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMBIDEXTROUS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AMBIDEXTROUS SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Limitations applicable to paid client services will be governed by the applicable client agreement.
12. Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may modify the Site, its features, or these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any additional dispute-resolution procedures applicable to client engagements will be established in the applicable client agreement.
